Your booking is confirmed only after the itinerary, guide fee, payment method, and payment deadline have been agreed by email. Payment is requested separately in Japanese yen after confirmation.

Changes are subject to availability and may affect the guide fee. Transportation, admission fees, food, and drinks are not included unless confirmed otherwise.
Weather & disruptions
If severe weather or transport disruption affects the tour, we will discuss a date or itinerary change. If the guide must cancel, no cancellation fee will apply.
